Archie McPhee only collects personal information volunteered by the customer for the purposes of receiving email. We collect and track general statistical information about the traffic on the site, IP addresses and what pages are visited. This statistical information is for internal use only and is never customer specific.

Archie McPhee will never give or rent your email address to any third party. If you are receiving our Newsletter email and would like to opt out, simply follow the directions at the bottom of any email you receive or email mcphee@mcphee.com and indicate the address you would like to have removed.

We do not currently rent or sell name and address information to third parties, but we reserve the right to do so. If you would like to be excluded from this, email your name and address to mcphee@mcphee.com and ask that your name not be rented or sold.

While we have links to outside sites, Archie McPhee makes no claims and has no control over these sites and we will not be held responsible the use of the sites outside of www.archiemcpheesseattle.com.
